That’s why we start with a comprehensive site visit, which allows us to gather all the necessary information and requirements for council approval. By doing so, we’re able to present a detailed and accurate fee proposal, giving our clients complete transparency about the costs involved.

We understand that our clients have busy schedules, which is why we offer flexible after-hours and weekend site visits. We want to make the process as convenient as possible, so our clients don’t have to worry about disrupting their daily routines.

Even if your project is located in a remote area, you can rest assured that our services will be delivered with the same level of quality. All we need are boundary plans, site photos, existing drawings, and a site survey if necessary. This means that you don’t have to worry about being on-site or coordinating with us physically. We’ll work with what we have and ensure that the end result is top-notch.

Concept 1

When we receive all the necessary site information and our client’s design brief, we begin the first round of concept drawings in Revit. Our team will create a comprehensive drawing package for your review and comments, including a site plan, floor and roof plans, elevations, sections, and perspectives.

Concept 2

Any changes to the design will be completed and issued for a second round of review and comments.

Final concept drawings will be provided for approval, this will initiate the next stages.
