QLD Resilient Homes Fund

The Queensland Government has established a house raising grant for homeowners affected by the 2021/2022 floods. Eligible homeowners may receive up to $100,000 in funding to raise their homes. The local government planning scheme emphasizes raising habitable floors to meet or exceed flood hazard levels.

Eclipse Drafting can assist homeowners in obtaining the grant by offering house raise plans. To be eligible, the following criteria must be met:

  • Your home was flooded in 2021/2022, with waters rising above the habitable floor level.
  • Your home is suitable for raising.
  • Your habitable floor level is below the minimum standard in your council area at the time of the home assessment.

Eclipse Drafting is committed to helping flood-affected homeowners by offering a special Resilient Homes Fund design package for only $3500. This package includes a full set of house plans for a raise project and saves homeowners $500 compared to our normal prices.
