Concept 1
Once we have all required site information and your design brief, we begin the first round of concept drawings in Revit. You’ll receive a comprehensive drawing package for review, including a site plan, floor and roof plans, elevations, sections, and perspective views.
Concept 2
After reviewing your feedback, we revise the design and prepare a second round of drawings for further review and comments.
For Approval
When the concept is finalised, we issue the approved drawing set, which initiates the next stage of the project.
